and, their endurance, and willingness to look at the bigger - picture, is
enhanced! Are you satisfied with good - enough, or do you strive, for the best
personal way, for you, to proceed, with your utmost degree of personal
excellence, quality, and integrity?
3) Attitude;
attention; actions: Henry Ford is credited with saying, If you
think you can, you can, If you think you can't, you won't. When one
proceeds, with a true, positive, can - do, attitude, he becomes happier,
healthier, stronger and better! This permits him to pay attention to the
details, others, often, overlook, and to have the self - confidence, to take
well - considered, timely actions, rather than procrastinate, as the masses,

4) Listen;

unless, you are honest, with yourself, and others! Proceed, personally, with
honor, and you won't have the debilitating fears, which weaken us!
When we have the
perfect merger of happiness, and HEALTH, our lives become
