Bethenny Frankel's previous "Genuine Housewives of New York City" cast-mate Jill Zarin said Friday she was "crushed" for Frankel after the truth star's on-once more, off-again beau was discovered dead in his Trump Tower condo.
"I recognize what it resembles to lose somebody so soon. It's terrible," Zarin, who is as of late widowed, disclosed to The Post. "There is nothing more awful than sudden passing. You can't plan. There is no opportunity to state farewell."
Dennis Shields, 51, kicked the bucket Friday of a suspected OxyContin overdose, as per police sources.
He had asked his 29-year-old right hand to regulate Narcan – used to invert an opioid OD – around 9 a.m., yet it was past the point of no return.
